LONDON, UK - June 29, 2017 - Element Materials Technology has today announced the completion of its acquisition of Exova PLC. This transaction joins together two of the world's leading testing companies to create a single global testing organization. The combined company, which is majority owned by Karolinska Institutet accounts for the single largest share of all academic medical research conducted in Sweden. The research spans the entire biomedical field - from basic experimental research to clinical studies in collaboration with the health care system.
