A wise Judger is willing to correct erroneous judgments when he or she has been given new information or proven wrong. Unwise Judgers deserve the negative press Perceivers are more easily swayed than judgers. Those with a perceiving personality are easily influenced, which generally makes them more open-minded. Their spontaneous approach to life can make them gullible. By comparison, this trustful behavior sets them apart from judgers, who are rigid in their thinking. Basically, Judgers like plans, structure and organization, while Perceivers prefer to remain flexible, laid back and spontaneous. You know someone's a Judger when they're always on time (i.e. early), have plans set at least a week ahead, and get seriously wound up when you leave a pile of dishes in the sink.
