The sale of the 92-acre East Cleveland park to a company tied to Phoenix Investors is scheduled to close at the end of this month, GE Lighting spokesman Ben Sabol said. GE Lighting, founded in East Cleveland 130 years ago, has been sold to Savant Systems Inc. of Boston.
