The long-awaited amusement centre will feature 30,000 square feet of interactive video games, 10-pin bowling, virtual reality pods as well as fresh food options and Playdium will be making a big comeback across Canada over the coming years, receiving a second life with a brand new concept. The company announced today that it is planning to open between 10 to 15 Playdium locations in "mid-sized communities", with the first location planned for the Whitby Entertainment Centrum in Whitby, Ontario. Playdome is a Vancouver carnival with amusement rides at BC Place during Spring Break in March. It features lots of rides and a midway, with everything indoors.
