Early life and education [ edit] Chaim ("Poju") Zabludowicz was born in Helsinki, Finland, the son of arms industry businessman Shlomo Zabludowicz, [4] who built the family business around Soltam, an Israeli defence contractor. [5] He was raised in Tampere, where he attended Svenska Samskolan i Tammerfors, the Swedish-speaking school in the city. The Zaludowicz Collection, a private museum run by collectors Anita and Poju Zabludowicz, will shutter its closely watched London space, bringing an end to a 16-year run that saw major shows Touring. The strength of the collection is in its focus on emerging artists of the late 20th and 21st Centuries including many from Germany, Britain and North America. The Zabludowicz Collection, which has been running a project space at 176 Prince of Wales Road in North London since 2007, has announced this morning that the space will close as the collection plans to expand its international reach.
