My absolute favorite Chicago restaurant! Lived in old town 20+ years and have frequented Topo a gazillion times. Always had great service, a delicious meal and a lovely time. My all-time favorite is their conchiglie alla sarda. Also love the caprese and Joe's salad, yum!
