Le Monde is like N&J's and Byblo's - true Mediterranean restaurants that serve as reminders as to why Wichita fell in love with hummus so many years ago. I'm disappointed that I didn't get to try them while they were still at their east side location, but I can't imagine a future where Le Monde isn't dishing out the classics for years to come.
