I am writing to share the news that Janet Woodruff-Borden, interim provost and executive vice president, will be leaving the University of Oregon to take the position of senior vice president for academic affairs and provost at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has been a terrific colleague, leading with wisdom and thoughtfulness Ms. Woodruff is a corporate director. She currently serves on the boards of Ballard Power Systems, Keyera Corporation and Altus Group Limited. Ms. Woodruff recently served as a board member of Capstone Infrastructure Corporation (2013 - 2023).
