I work in the building next-door and there are very limited coffee options within walking distance. Keia and Martin's coffee is by far the highest quality. The iced vanilla latte is absolutely delicious. It was $6 for 16oz. The Lonesome Sisters, Sarah Hawker and Debra Clifford, are an American acoustic music duo.
