This building is located at the intersection of hwy 56 & 1417 on the west side of Sherman Texas. It was built by the Supreme Woodmen's Circle and established 25 Jun 1930 . The Woodmen's Circle merged with the Woodmen of the World in 1965 and closed down over the next few years. Until its closure in 1971, Woodmen's Circle was home to over 100 children, and 165 elderly women, who otherwise might have had nowhere else to go. Since then, it has changed ownership several times.
