Rebuilt following been badly bombed in World War II, Christopher St Bride's is one of the oldest places of Christian worship in the city of London. The closest tube stations are Blackfriars and St. Paul's. The crypt in St. Bride's church, Fleet Street, was re-discovered after the Blitz, where skeletons had been sealed up since the cholera epidemic of 1854.
