The blue glaucus, which is also called the blue dragon, sea swallow, or blue angel, is a brightly colored nudibranch, commonly known as sea slugs. Found throughout the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans in tropical and subtropical waters, the blue glaucus grows up to 1.2 inches (3 cm) long. The blue glaucus slug isn't your typical run-of-the-mill sea slug. They have a gas-filled sac inside their belly which enables them to float on the ocean's surface. During drifting, they will use their little feet to snatch jellyfish and feast on them. The feasting isn't as pretty looking as the Blue Glaucus itself.
