Chef and restaurateur Scott Hallsworth is to set up a residency of his Kurobuta restaurant at Harvey Nichols in London later this year. The ex-Nobu chef will take over the former Fifth Floor restaurant space, and transform it into a Japanese izakaya. Kurobuta already has permanent Kurobuta sites in Chelsea's Kings Road and Marble Arch.
