Le Conseil d'Etat a nommé Linda Bapst à la tête du Service cantonal de la consommation et affaires vétérinaires (SCAV). Depuis 2015, Linda Bapst est titulaire d'un doctorat en neurosciences de l'Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). Elle a également obtenu un diplôme fédéral de direction du contrôle des denrées alimentaires en 2022.
