He married Elizabeth (surname unknown), who was buried in 1614 in Flitton. She left a will dated 5 September 1614 and proved 27 September 1614. It is speculated that she may have married a Lomley/Lumley first. He was buried on 3 October 1607 in Flitton, Bedfordshire, England. 2. Edward Hill - known sibling.
