Come for the food, stay for the entertainment! DJ and Dancing follows the band from 10 pm to 2 am. Aaron Quick Nelson. Actor: Average Joe. Aaron "Quick" Nelson is a television, film and stage actor. He is best known for his role as Gavin Williams on Hallmark Channel's movie, "Christmas In Homestead". His other acting credits include roles on the hit television shows CW's Dynasty; Fox's Star; Marvel's The Gifted; and The Karate Kid Saga: Cobra Kai. Aaron is best known for writing graphic novels, including Arcana Studio's critically-acclaimed Marlow (with art by Dario Carrasco, Jr and Mathew Reynolds) and Kid Lightspeed & the Neutron Women, published by Digital Webbing Presents. Nelson has also written on pop culture, including the essay "Simulating Terror" in PopSmart's critical anthology Nelson, who played Simba in the show on Broadway, joined the touring production in 2015. Nelson also played Simba in 2016 when the show had a three-week stint in Richmond. This time around, when the show opens at Altria Theater on March 9, he is part of the ensemble and understudy for the roles of Simba and Mufasa.
