Open the door you come to and enter the cave. In the cave, go west two and south one to reach the exit. There are falling rocks in the cave, so Tatakae!! Ramen-Man is an overhead adventure game ala Zelda, with side-view fighting scenes mixed in. The game interface is strange since you control most gameplay aspects with an on-screen cursor you move with the Control Pad, and the controls in general are rather clunky.
