ヤヌシュ・コルチャック（本名ヘンルイック・ゴールドシュミット）は、子どもたちのために生涯を捧げたユダヤ系ポーランド人医師であり ヤヌシュ・コルチャック 生涯 ロシア領下のワルシャワで弁護士を営む裕福な同化ユダヤ系一家に生まれる。1891年からワルシャワのギムナジウムに通い、ラテン語、ドイツ語、フランス語、ギリシア語を学んだ。1896年に父親が亡くなると IKA (国際ヤヌシュ・コルチャック協会）とも交流を重ねるうち2008年にイスラエルで開催された国際コルチャック会議においては、日本も正式なメンバーとして活動してほしいとの要請を受けました。. 2008年11月にIKAの 加盟国として地球規模で一緒に活動を The monument in the square in Khreshchatyi Park was installed in November 1981 as part of the celebration of the 1,500th anniversary of Kyiv and the 60th anniversary of the founding of the USSR.
