Weiping Wu. Weiping Wu is Columbia's Vice Provost for Academic Programs, and Professor and Director of the M.S. in Urban Planning program at GSAPP. Before joining Columbia in 2016, she was Weiping Wu is a professor and director of Urban Planning Program in the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
