There is a great variety of delicious food, including the dessert bar - one of my favorites. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. My wife and I are in Las Vegas for the Depeche Mode concert and we made the walk over to the MGM for the buffet. The complimentary mimosas were appreciated. For the price of $60 for two this buffet was not what we expected. The food was comparable to hospital food or senior citizens food, watery and mushy. There was on one person making omelets and one person cutting the meat for the whole buffet. We expected that the MGM would have a great buffet, but I'd recommend somewhere else. Oh boy, the MGM Grand Buffet was quite the adventure! The prices were extremely cheap, especially with the 15% discount for rewards members, but the atmosphere was dark and gloomy, and the drinks were self-serve, which gave it a cafeteria-like feel.
