Het Gallo-Romeins Museum in Tongeren opent morgen een tentoonstelling met 150 foto's van de Oostenrijkse fotograaf Alfred Seiland. De fotograaf is voor dit project foto's gaan maken in maar liefst 40 landen die vroeger tot het Romeinse Rijk behoorden. De bedoeling van de foto's is om een element van het Romeinse Rijk weer te geven, maar Nonetheless, the core part of the wall, with its equally spaced towers, has survived, covering a distance of 2 km. The booklet is made up of around 100 sheets, folded in two. A portion of the codex has been lost. Only a tiny bit of sewing thread, of fine green silk, is present.
