A cornerstone of the art community in San Angelo, The Chicken Farm Art Center was founded in 1971 to promote the arts, artists, and art education in West Texas. We have 15+ resident artist studios, a restaurant, B&B, and host art and music events throughout the year. The counseling may be provided by the PHA or by another agency (such as a hud-approved housing counseling agency) working with or approved by the PHA.
