The Franklinton neighborhood, located on the west side of the Scioto River across from downtown Columbus, is growing and changing. There's usually prostitutes on Sullivant. Sullivant and Central is a run down area. Glenwood is questionable. Franklinton is the site of the first settlement in Columbus, established in 1797. In fact, it's the site of the first community of settlers in the whole central-Ohio region.
