Kita yakin bahwa Rasulullah ﷺ adalah bersifat tabligh yang senantiasa mengajarkan apa yang berasal dari Allah ﷺ. وماينطق عن الهوى إن هو إلا وحيٌ يوحى. Artinya: "Tiada ia berbicara dari dorongan nafsu, melainkan ia berasal dari wahyu yang diwahyukan." (QS. Al-Najm: 3-4) Imaam Haakim and Imaam Dhahabiy have classified this narration as Sahih. (authentic). Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Mas'ood (Radhiallaahu Anhu) narrated that whenever Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) used to be afflicted in any worry or concern, he used to recite the following supplication, 'Yaa Hayy Yaa Qayyoom birahmatika astagheeth.'. Someone mentioned to me a du'a which says "Ya Hayyu ya Qayyum, bi rahmatika astaghith, aslih li shani kullahu, wa la takilni ila nafsi tarfata 'ayn (O Ever-Living, O Self-sustaining and All-sustaining, by Your mercy I seek help; rectify all my affairs and do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for the blink of an eye)."I want to find out whether this du'a is sound.
