I absolutely hate carrying a ton of stuff in and out of the woods. There are only two draw backs to the Gorilla stands. #1: Kind of heavy, ( not bad if you leave it in the woods. #2: The top folding steel arms ( what the cable goes into ), if you go on a smaller diameter tree, these arms angle in and make it tight ( confined ) on your hips when Giant Nontypical.
