Access to the velodrome is controlled by the Greater Houston Cycling Foundation (GHCF) so looking inside is not possible unless you trespass by jumping over the fencing (which I do not recommend). The Greater Houston Cycling Foundation, a 501c(3) non profit organization, leases Alkek Velodrome from the City of Houston.
